Welcome to the Supplier Resource Centre — your hub for everything you need to work smoothly with EquipMySchool. Here you’ll find information on accessing the Supplier Portal, preparing product data, running campaigns, and getting the support you need.

Supplier Portal Access

The Supplier Portal allows partners to:

  • View the full EquipMySchool shop, including all available ranges.
  • View your own product range as it appears to schools.
  • Create and manage Campaigns to highlight or promote products from your range (see below).

Campaigns

Our Campaigns system lets you draw attention to specific products or ranges.

  • Create campaigns with optional start and end dates.
  • Attach one or more products to each campaign.
  • Run multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Edit, start, or stop campaigns at any time by logging in to the Supplier Portal.

This feature is a powerful way to showcase your products directly to schools using the shop on the EquipMySchool Procurement Portal.

Supplying Your Product Data

To include your products in the EquipMySchool portal, we require:

  • A functioning webshop displaying product codes and images.
  • An international price list in Excel format.

Automated options:
We can also consume product data automatically via:

  • ONIX for Books (standard XML format widely used by publishers).
  • Google Content API for Shopping (Merchant API) – to push catalogue, stock, and pricing data.
  • Amazon Selling Partner API (Feeds) or Product Advertising API – for catalogue and product metadata.

How do I access the Supplier Portal?

You can log in via the Supplier Portal link. If you don’t yet have login details, please register for access.  Your registration will be reviewed and associated to an account before access is granted.

Where should I ship my orders?

Every Purchase Order will clearly show the delivery address, which will be one of the EquipMySchool warehouses.  Most often this will be the receiving facility closest to you.

What should I do if I can’t fulfil part of an order?

Please proceed with a partial shipment as soon as possible, notifying your contact in our Purchasing Team of the problem.  We will work with you to find a solution and you should definitely suggest suitable alternatives that are available from stock.

Can my company be featured in the Supplier Showcase?

Yes. Selected partners are highlighted on our website to give schools greater visibility of their products. If you’d like to be considered, please speak to our Purchasing Team.
